David was very attentive to our wants/needs in a property. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide valuable insight about particular properties and locations. We had a difficult closing, but because of David's ongoing attention to our particular situation we were able to make the deal happen. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
