Dave was absolutely awesome, I had a short time frame to acquire a rental (moving back from CA), and Dave was 100% instrumental in me finding a place. It is hard to find good help out there, especially in a time crunch, but Dave made it happen! I believe in him so much, I, as a REALTOR in CA, now am going to work with him once I'm licensed in NV to help others that were in my situation! Thanks again Dave!
