Dave has acted as my agent in the purchase and or sale of 6 properties in Palm Beach Gardens over the past 5 years. Every contract was successful and he was on top of it all the way. I use Dave exclusively.

Mr. Marshall has now represented me twice, as well as friends that I have referred to him. The house that he sold for me is located in Historic Northwood Hills of West Palm Beach. Mr. Marshall knew the neighborhood. I really liked the way he dealt with customers. He made me feel comfortable with the entire sales process. His presentation was very professional. He had excellent ideas on how to get the house ready. He was an expert at the contract and helping me throughout the whole process, always with my best interests in mind. Mr. Marshall had represented me a second time when showing homes to me within the Jupiter & Palm Beach Gardens areas, which included PGA National. He is extremely knowledgeable of the different areas and had excellent recommendations, again with my best interests in mind. I eventually decided to rent at the time so he introduced me to a beautiful rental community that I had resided in. I will continue to recommend Mr. Marshall in the utmost highest regard.
