David Marsh

David Marsh was chosen to be the property manager of a rental property I purchased in 2017, and sold in September of this year. David handled the sales transaction and consulted with me continuously throughout the process, keeping me informed via phone calls, texts or emails. While he was the property manager, he found and screened tenants. David was very responsive handling any issues that arose with the property, whether it was a tenant issue, HOA matter, or any repairs, maintenance or upgrades to the building. Living out of state, David made my life easier with the rental property. He knew the various local tradespeople, and if a purchase was required, did his best to shop for the best deals. If I am in the market to purchase another property in Brevard county, I will most certainly enlist his services.
