We had a very good experience with David. He was very familiar with the area and priced the house to sell and meet our expectations. He and the photographer did a beautiful job presenting the house online. We had requests to view the house right away. We had two showings on the first day and an offer by the end of the day that we were happy with. I would highly recommend his services.
