I have been selling real estate since the early '90's. I worked in Laguna Beach for almost 20 years before moving to the Coachella Valley 6+ years ago. I now live in Palm Desert at Woodhaven Country Club year round and most of my sales (5 last season) are here. Woodhaven is a golf course community (home owner owned). There are 504 units (almost all on the course) with three models ranging from 1,348 Sq. Ft. (1 Bd. + Den 2 Ba.) to 1,808 Sq. Ft. (3 Bd. & 3 Ba.), with tennis, community pools, and a large club house.
