David was very professional and always was available to answer our questions. If he didn’t know the answers he would investigate until the question was answered for us! I would use David again in the future!
We called David Ma about a bare lot we wanted to sell. He told us to give him a day or so and he would get the lot checked out and be back in touch. He called with the info on the lot and we listed it with him. We listed it on Friday, he had an offer on Saturday and it was under contract on Monday. Not in our wildest dream did we think it would happen that fast. He kept in touch and the whole thing was done and closed 30 days. David is an amazing agent and does what he says he is going to do.

Buying/Selling a home can be stressful but not with David. David worked really hard and was available every step of the way to make sure the selling of our home as well as buying a new build went as smoothly as possible. David worked all hours to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He will forever be our agent. He fought for us to make sure everything was done as scheduled. Great experience working with David! We needed help selling a house but live in a different state so used David as our realtor. The house needed repairs so he did a lot of work finding appropriate contractors to get it sell ready. It sold very quickly without us even having to travel back to Colorado!
