We met David Lyngholm in 2015 when moving from Seattle. He was so helpful then so again we called upon his services for purchase of this current home. I can't say enough about David. He is professional, knowledgeable, prompt when returning calls, on time and very helpful. He will be our agent when selling our current home in the next few months. I even picked his brain about paint colors, names of locksmiths and other services. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor. All in all a great experience and no we are not related.

David, My parents had been in the same house for 55 years and were really unsure about the whole selling process. David walked us all through everything and put their minds at ease. When it was time to list the house ,David priced the house to perfection and the Zillow listing really made the house shine! We got a few offers on the very first day of listing, took the best offer and closed 6 weeks later. Because my parents had already moved out of the state, the whole process was done via E-docs, from offer sheets through closing documents. David also set us up with an estate company that took care of selling all remaining items in the house. For me that meant I didn't have to worry about cleaning out the house once it was sold. David was excellent and knowledgeable. He worked with us, made suggestions to make the property sell quickly but never forced his ideas on us - he was willing to work with what we were doing. He has also done a great job marketing the property and we had seen many showings in a short time and were able to sell the property quickly.

David is the real deal! I was a first-time homeowner, completely intimidated and unsure of the home buying process, and David was incredibly gracious and non-judgmental in guiding me through the journey. He actively listened to my needs/wants and knew also when to present alternative options that I would have never considered.
