I highly recommend David Ly (Realty One Group Complete) as your realtor who deserves 10 stars! He helped me sell our family home in Sacramento, CA a few weeks ago during the pandemic and we are so grateful for his excellent customer service. I was impressed with his professionalism, market knowledge, patience, and quick response. He always kept me updated throughout the entire process, is very easy to work with, and certainly a people-person. David is like an angel who showed up when I was so stressed looking for a realtor whom I was comfortable to work with. Taking the time to understand his client's needs and making sure that all questions are answered really helped to ease my mind during the entire negotiation process. David is absolutely the BEST and I am happy to refer him to everyone. I will definitely keep him in mind if I need another real estate agent in the future.
