When I met David Logan the first time, I knew that I had made a friend. I was looking to buy, and he reached out to me immediately after pre-qualifying for a loan. We met, and I was so impressed with David, that I asked him to list our house as well. He made us feel valued and special. The whole transaction was smooth because he kept in good communication with the mortgage company.

David Logan helped me out on a real estate deal without charge a year before we put our house on the market. I random called a realtor office to try and get advice. David answered and he offered to just do it for me. At the time I hadn’t planned on selling. However, due to job change and a move one year later, I had to sell. I called David. He helped me with ideas that saved me a significant amount of money. When the place was put on the market, I had three offers in a week and two contracts. The first one fell through and the second one, five days later, was solid. The house sold within a week!

Very good - took care of my needs for the house when I was in another town including a number of issues - cleaning the house, have the trees trimmed, arranging for the lawn to be maintained, looking at some plumbing issues when the house flooded after a water line broke in one of the restrooms. Would highly recommend!!!
