We worked with David and his team to sell our old house and buy a new one. This was a complex process to say the least, but David's deep knowledge of the Arlington market, and real-estate industry in general, made it seem easy and left us very happy with the results. As a bonus, he's great fun to work with, so things that could seem stressful, like making huge financial decisions, don't seem so scary. More specifically, on the selling side, he helped us prep the house and set the right price, and we sold it the first weekend on the market for a price we liked. On the buying side, he was very thoughtful in what houses to show, for example by taking us to see home with specific features (e.g., front porches), to help us refine what we were looking for. We ultimately found the perfect house!
