I am a Buckeye by birth but Florida resident by choice. I have lived in the Ormond Beach area since 2004 and have most recently worked for Kargar Homes in new home sales for the past three years. After becoming a licensed Realtor, I knew I had found my calling and I focused my business to residential sales in Ormond Beach. Prior to entering Real Estate, I worked in the fitness industry for twenty-five years. My passions besides Real Estate are my family: my wife Ann, our adult children Nadia and Jagger, our four cats and our dog. In my down time, I enjoy working out, cheering on my Buckeyes, watching soccer, or at the Bicentennial Dog Park with my pup Landon.
