We were looking for a house in Hanover to be closer to our daughter, but were unable to find anything in Littletown, Hanover or West York. Part of the problem was the market had inflated prices, Scott was patient in showing houses and guided us to realize we needed to look farther upmarket. We wanted to look at a house in Parkville, but Scott was our of town, but took the time to try to get another agent to show the house going above and beyond. We looked at the house we bought and had formulated a successful bid by the time we left which was successful.
