I've been a resident of Palm Beach County for over 24 years, and during that time, I have been practicing Financial and Real Estate Planning. My primary focus is on helping people buy or list their luxury dream home or waterfront home.
Over the years, I have earned numerous accolades as a Financial and Real Estate Advisor. My career began in residential real estate development in Metro Boston, MA, where I was the founder and Manager of New England Home Construction Inc. Later, I formed Joseph Charles and Associates, a local investment banking and planning firm here in Palm Beach County, which employed over 300 licensed stockbrokers in over 8 cities with annual revenues in excess of 40mm.
I specialize in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Merchant Banking, and Large Portfolio Management. I am directly responsible for funding and listing over 30 companies on to the NASDAQ Markets. Additionally, I have a degree in Applied Sciences since 1984. I was honored to be nominated as 2006 Businessman of the Year by Republican Business Advisory Counsel, with a presidential invite to the White House.
