Please look elsewhere. If you are looking for an Agent who truly will protect your best interests on the buying and/or selling end please reconsider working with David. Unfortunately, my Husband and I put all of our trust in David and he led us to purchasing a home with mold. To date, he's done nothing to assist us and we've been left with over $20k in repairs following closing. All he cares about is making money. There are so many other Agents and Brokers available in Metro Atlanta to assist you.
