was straight forward, listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out what I actually wanted. He sent me listings and set up appointments at my request, he drove if it was easier for me. It is a really tough buyer market so you can't waste any time- he would go with me after work and every weekend. Once I found what I wanted it was offered the same day- all documents to me within and hour or so. He answered every call or text. Honestly the perfect agent for me. I was buying a multifamily and it was my first home so I had nerves on edge and he would help me talk through it but always let me get.to my own answer- I found a great house, he negotiated me a great deal and I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
