We had an appointment for a showing. He said he would call me the morning of, but never did. I get to where the showing is, and I sit there waiting. In the mean time. I decided to check my email...thankfully I did that, because Mr. Kogut had cancelled on me saying the property was taken. I'm not sure why something like that did not warrant a phone call from Mr. Kogut. Extremely unacceptable. I reply to the email asking about another property and received no response. Truly UNPROFESSIONAL.
