I met David as he was closing up an open-house event for another home. I had a lot of questions about the the market, lending, the whole process really. David took the next 45 minutes with me to ensure that my questions were answered and that I had the information I needed to take my next right step in the process. I had not been looking for a realtor at the time, but was so impressed with his candor and sincere desire to help me that I knew I wanted to work with him when it came time to purchase. Over the course of the next month and a half he not only helped my family identify the perfect home, but guided us step by step through the process of buying and went to battle on our behalf a couple of times to ensure that we were getting the very best deal. This is our third home purchase, and our third realtor. While I cannot say that this is the last home we will ever purchase, I can say without reservation that David is the only realtor I will use in the future.
