David made every step of the home buying process a pleasure! As this was my first house, I had no clue really on what to do; just an endless amount of questions. David answered each and every one easily and quickly and was able to remove any anxiety from the process. He provided an excellent assortment of homes to view that suited my interests and scheduled viewing times that fit around my work schedule. Once the house had been selected, David also made the closing process smooth and easy. I had always heard stories of how tedious the home buying and closing process could be, but thanks to David, I experienced the exact opposite. What's been most impressive though, is how he's continued to stay in touch after the closing to see how things are going with the house and to check on my satisfaction. If for some reason I ever do buy another home, David will be the only person I'll want to work with. He's also now the only realtor I would recommend.
