In selling my home, we had several hurdles that he had to negotiate expertly and fairly, including repairs & purchase agreements. Then in considering a condo purchase, he provided the last HOA increase, complex reroofing & their reserve association funding. Plus promoting a great purchase price for the condo. He took the time to explain the paperwork in laymen's terms to me. Dave is a patient & kind person, but also is a very knowledgeable realtor which became apparent in how smooth the process was in his hands.
