DAVID helped the reviewer sell this property

Exemplary

David was the realtor who sold us our home in Lake City in 2017. During the process of looking at many homes in the north Florida area, David showed his incredible diligence, professionalism, dedication and knowledge and something that goes too often unnoticed or not mentioned, his kindness and compassion. When we decided to sell our home and relocate to north Georgia, David was the ONLY realtor we even considered. Not only did he sell the Lake City home in a matter of days (for what we consider an exceptional price!), he also took control of the process of finding our new forever home here. David has show time and again his dedication and continually shows why we consider him to be the consummate professional realtor. Homes are bought and sold, but the one thing that we cherish from our time with David, is his irreplaceable friendship. And for that, we can't thank him enough.
