David is the Broker/Owner for Shamrock Properties with decades of experience in the Real Estate field. He's worked with literally thousands of buyers and sellers to help them with all of their Real Estate needs. David started out as the director of sales and marketing for a large regional home builder. He developed communities in Mobile, Baldwin Co. and Pensacola Fla; managed and trained dozens of real estate agents and worked to insure that the buying and selling process was smooth, easy and fun. After watching agents come in and out of the business he decided that what was missing in the area was a professional hard working group of people whos only focus was on real estate, so he opened his own company. Shamrock Properties was opened in 2010 to operate as a boutique real estate company. There are no part time agents here. This allows the company and David to concentrate on a select group of clients and provide incredible personalized service in the home buying or selling process.
