David let us know what he was going to do and how he was going to handle everything! When we had a unforeseen problem with the house, he gave us options so we could do what was best for everyone! He is a very honest person! He does his best to make sure everyone involved knows everything about the house! He was always there for us! I have given his name out to friends looking to buy or sell!
