David Jablonski

David just sold our home in Wayland, MI. It became a complicated sale when an appraiser lowballed our first buyer's underlying home value and the deal unexpectedly fell through just before closing. Gut punch. We were out of state for the entire time and David navigated the situation skillfully. He was extremely responsive to our calls and messages. He was thoroughly professional. He showed a complete grasp of the buying/selling process. He took all the pressure off of us. The advertising and presentation of our home on line was top shelf. Once we got in the right price range we had people lining up for showings, and sorted through multiple offers. David has very good instinctive ability to sense seriously committed buyers, and he found one for us. I recommend him highly. If I had more homes to sell, I'd turn them all over to David.

I highly recommend David Jablonski. His experience as both a builder and agent, his knowledge and hard work were essential in selling my home this summer, and buying a new one. I can't imagine how we would have done it without him. He did a tremendous job advertising our home and helping us negotiate the sale, even over the Independence Day weekend.
