David introduced us to Tucson real estate and listened to our feedback. During the whole process he was always open and honest and had deep local knowledge, so it was easy for him translating our feedback to find viable listings to optimize our search. It was clear he wanted to find the perfect home for us. Even after we found our house (that technically didn't meet our initial search criteria but in reality, it does so David showed it to us) we could rely on David to guide us through the home buying process every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, and no question was too stupid for him (I hope). What else can I say? Easy to work with, listens to feedback, good in finding possible matches in the abundance of listings, very helpful during the offer/ counteroffer/... process all the way to the day of closing (and even afterwards he continued to be helpful and an excellent resource).

David’s communication is excellent, kept us up-to-date on new listings and how the process would work. Once we made an offer, gave us information and scheduled inspections etc. The people that he recommended we hire for the inspections were great and very thorough. He also has been providing us with vendors (electrical, plumbing, etc.) that we can contact as we move forward.
