I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than David Manzano. His years as a realtor gave him an incredible amount of knowledge in every aspect in selling our house. He pointed out numerous items that needed to be taken care of before we even listed our home. Some of the items he mentioned needed minor repairs, repainting, or just a simple cleaning. Addressing these items allowed us to get top dollar for our home. I was so impressed with David that I trusted him to oversee all work needing to be done, as we had already relocated to our new home in Florida.
