David is on top of his game. If something needs attended to, he will make sure it happens. He is willing to go above and beyond to help repair things. He himself flips houses so he knows a lot about construction codes. You can ask him any question and he is ready with an answer. If he doesn't know the answer, he will find it. We currently live out of town and David made sure all repairs were done without us having to drive back and forth many times. He is an aggressive, and confident salesman. I am totally pleased and highly recommend David Gorrell as a real estate agent. You won't be disappointed.
