David was a great agent. He was able to walk us through every step of the house-buying process. He was incredibly patient with us and answered our abundance of questions. He was very professional and quick to respond, even on evenings and weekends. David was also very good at taking the initiative and staying on top of the status of houses he knew we had an interest in, which is what helped us get the house we did.
David was a fantastic help throughout the home-buying process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, especially any first-time home buyers.
David's patience with my process bordered on biblical. Through the introduction process, to me letting him know that I was thinking of selling, to me having to spend months fixing all of the little things that needed fixing, to him and his team creating all of the marketing materials, David was always there to answer all of the questions that I had. His advice was given freely, was well thought out, and was designed to get me the best price for my house that could be gotten. I would highly recommend him and Team Calimlim.
We had a great experience working with David! He was always quick to respond any time we reached out, and he was so helpful with providing us with the information necessary to buy!
I am tremendously thankful for David's guidance and support during the home buying process. He answered my many questions in a timely manner, stayed patient with me when I would get confused and clearly explain anything I needed to understand. Whenever there were follow-up items, he would always get back to me. I felt confident in the process due to our communication. David is polite and sincere, and a pleasure to work with. Not once had I felt intimidated or pressured into making any decisions I was not ready to make. When I needed a long break from searching for homes, David supported that, as well, and was ready to help me when I was up for it again. I finally found my dream home, and I know that David's advocacy helped the process along every step of the way. The fact that David is a part of the Homes for Heroes program shows how altruistic he is. My family and I are honored for the gift I received from Homes for Heroes and David. I highly recommend David as your real estate agent for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
I am beyond grateful to have David as my real estate agent. David has supported my home buying journey since Sept 2023 and has been consistently transparent, flexible, informative and a pleasure to collaborate with. My questions were always answered in a timely manner. When I needed to look at homes a couple hours away from David's office, he continued to be supportive and agreeable to showing these homes. The Homes for Heroes program that David offers has been a precious blessing to my family and I. Thank you, David!
David was really helpful with the whole process. He did and amazing job with helping us out with every aspect of selling process.
David was wonderful to work with. Always looking out for our interests and going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Professional, friendly, and all around someone you want on your side. From start to finish David ensured everything went according to plan and communicated before we could inquire. TY for such an easy process :)
David was amazing to work with. He went over and above, took care of keeping things running smoothly and kept me informed of every step along the way. Highly recommend Team Calimlim.
They were great, very helpful and thoughtful. Helped us through a rough time lending company where we had to switch throughout the buying process. Couldnt recommend them enough.
I don’t know where to begin. From the start David was nothing but helpful. Making sure my fiancé and I got what we wanted. Every step of the way he made sure our needs were met. From driving us to our house locations to prioritizing an open house just for us! Thankful for David and the Calimlim team!!
