David Horpedahl

Upon arriving to NM, my wife and I interviewed several realtors and checked references. After doing a good amount of 'homework', we decided to go with David. His knowledge of the local market, in addition to his knowledge in the construction of the houses in the Los Alamos area was very important to us. He has good connections with contractors that can help make improvements, and got us into a house with a good amount of land, unique style, and great bones, while being $100K under our limit. In the tight housing market of Los Alamos, his level of experience is critical to obtaining a house.

We were referred to David by our Santa Fe realtor once we decided to re-explore the valley and Los Alamos. David was very responsive to our requests and frequently thought outside the box in an effort to meet our needs. We feel like we made a new friend and hope David stops by for a cup of coffee! We are extremely satisfied.
