Although it took some time for us to come to a decision on what we wanted to be our home Dave was patient and understanding that we were first time buyers. Once we made our choice he simply sent us the documents necessary, dealt with all the intricacies and advised us on any particulars that could make life easier for us in the future. This included upgrades like hot water heater, AC, and the roof, which saved us a ton on homeowners insurance, while increasing our equity. In hindsight we owe Dave a great deal of gratitude for steering us through what could have been multiple hazards in the home purchasing process. We consider Dave as family and always will.

David has always been a wonderful realtor, and is our family go-to in South Florida. He's incredibly prompt and reliable with communication, always picks up his phone, is helpful with contractor recommendations, ideas for improvement to the properties, and available on-site when we can't be. He's always gone above and beyond, and circles back to see how everything is going. Both my mother and I even had our real estate licenses and STILL go through David. Definitely recommend him, very knowledgable about the local area, and well connected - exactly what I want in a realtor!
