David is great. Highly knowledgeable about the local market and what a home is worth. If he didn't have the answer right away he got it quickly. Always made time for me. Always kept me updated on what was going on. Three months after closing I call him with questions and he still makes time for me. Who does that? David does! If I ever buy another home, he's who I'll be calling.
Dave helped my mother sell her old house in Kalkaska county. Dave went above and beyond the call of duty. When the inspection and appraisal came back he dug in and helps with the repairs to make the house pass the requirements. Dave makes himself readily available if you have questions of any kind. I decided to use Dave when I needed to relocate from Kalkaska for a new job. Dave referred me to a great mortgage team, since I didn’t know where to start. Dave never pushed houses on me and listened to what I wanted. He traveled when it came time to look at homes. When it came time to make an offer he did all the work and kept me informed on what needed to be done next. I would highly recommend Dave. He is a good guy and easy to work with.
