My experience with Dave Holborn was great! He was very easy going, he was not pushy which is one of the reason's I loved working with him. I know of other realtors that want to just make a sale but he truly cared about what we wanted in a home and told us when it was not a good deal. My fiance and I bought our first home 10/31/12 and it was a long process since the seller's were a pain but with Dave by our side the whole way we knew everything would work out for the best! If you are a first time homebuyer I recommend contacting Dave, he is very understanding and fully answers all of your questions.
