Love this GUY!

Mr. Hoak not only helped us buy a home but also did a wonderful job at selling one of our houses. He is very patient and understanding our needs when home shopping. He did not waste our time showing us houses that a,) we could not afford and b.) that would not meet our needs. We would use his services again in a heart beat. Those cut rate brokers/real estate agents will not be as concerned as your local agent.
