My life partner Robert and I decided to sell our homes and move in together in the Summer of 2022; the worst time you could possibly pick. With interest rates going up, it took us 7 months of multiple showings and open houses to sell our first home with a negative price adjustment of $200K+ and changing two brokers with no result. Did I mention the property was listed at the end of November, the slowest time for real estate deals, with the interest rates in high 6-7%?! It was an absolute pleasure working with David. I'll start with the bottom line: We sold our property at the right price, not only meeting the time deadline we set, but finishing early. We decided to work with David as he was recommended by a trusted family member, a realtor in Canada, who knows his stuff. From the very beginning we felt assured that the process was going to go as well as it could. Throughout , David was always ready and willing to come to the house to help (no matter how small the need). The photographs/ videos (including drone shots), 3D walkthrough, and over all marketing were top of the line. The house was listed at the beginning of the week followed by a weekend of open houses at the end of the week, and by Tuesday of the following week, we had worked through our multiple offers and secured a deal. There was no overpromising, and diligent screening of those making offers. On top of that, we got some extra peace of mind when David secured us a back up offer (which wasn't needed as our primary offer went through). The important thing with realtors is trust.
