David and I have worked together for the past year. He assisted me in buying my perfect house and in selling the house that wasn't for me. My house was under contract the day it was listed and closed within a month! He is always pleasant and helpful. He has gone above and beyond - even staying with the movers while I had an interview AND delivering garden materials from my old house that movers couldn't move.
