David is an excellent realtor who has now become our friend. He took the time to personally connect with us while we were in the process of buying a house. Rather than just selling any house thats on the market, he made sure he found the right fit for us and made us comfortable with the entire process. He also is very knowledgable about all the bay area neighborhoods and was able to give us a good sense of what the value and appraisal of any house would be and he was always right.
