David was great. I got my house on the first bid and everything went very well. I had a painless experience with David and felt very informed throughout whole process.

David was excellent in all aspects. His immediate responses to our emails, calls, and questions was beyond exception. He made us feel like we were his only clients and I know that was not the case. One example of his quick replies was one night when my wife and I were up at 2 AM talking things over and we sent David an email with a question. A few minutes later, he answered!! We didn't expect that but that's the way he is. He is even helping with a problem that came up after the closing.

I met David at an million dollar listing open house in Henderson which was way over my budget. David was very friendly and we clicked right away. He asked for my wish list in a home and later on that evening, emailed me a ton of options. We started looking the following weekend. I am very picky, but David was super patient with me and showed me about 53 homes. House #54 was it and it's my perfect house.
