David helped my husband and I break free of renting. We were able to give him what we were looking for and he found it. David never pushed us to look at properties out of our range, or what we were not looking for. He worked for us in negotiating the closing costs when we had found some issues on inspection and another charge that had come up with the association. It was a wonderful experience and we are so happy we have our home!
