I couldn't have had a better real estate agent. Nothing was too much for David. I had all kinds of complications, like finding out I needed permits for renovations that had been done, air conditioning not working, etc. He walked through all the negative issues very professionally. He would always keep me updated as to where things were at. He found a way to close the property in spite of the permits not being completed. I was thousands of miles away in California. He took care of everything. I did not have to go on site to solve any of the problems. I would strongly recommend him as an excellent real estate agent.

David helped us sell a condo that was inherited by a number of brothers and cousins. It was a mess, and the process was filled with a lot of headaches because of the many co-owners. But David was a steady professional helping us sell the condo for a fair price.

His knowledge of the market and team including a contractor to do any repairs you may need at reasonable cost, is phenomenal! In summary of this particular sale, this was a rental of mine located approximately 3 -4 hours away from me with a tenant that just refused to work with anyone. In fact, my wife and I had tried for two years when the market was at its highest point and didn't get the offer we got with David. The Condo HOA at the time had an open permit that needed to be resolved. We had repairs that needed done, a tenant that didn't want to leave the property and, worst of all, an HOA to deal with. David as able to list, repair and sell the property in about 4 months with the renter still paying for part of this time. Shortly after the sale, I had an issue with the tenant and contacted David. The first thing he said was "How can I help"? You don't find many people like David anymore in this industry. I am so grateful and thankful for David!

David was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. David found the buyer for my condo IN ONE DAY. What more can I say except that I recommend him.
