Dave Griffin found three potential buyers for my land within eight days of listing the property with him. I had held onto that land for 11 years because I thought selling it would be a lengthy ordeal, but I took the highest bidder and sold the land within 2 weeks of listing. Previous to listing the land with Dave, I had asked him a significant number of questions about other land and what sells the best, and he always answered my questions the same day or by the morning of the next day. He worked weekends and nights to help me. I have never had that type of assistance from anyone I have hired to complete a job for me. I highly recommend him.
