Awesome agent

David did a wonderful job. He saved us a ton of money on the purchase price as well as money taken off for necessary repairs discovered by the home inspector. We were constantly updated during the entire escrow process and even closed 6 days early. David beat the agent we had for the sale of our previous home, hands down. Had he been involved for the sale our other house I feel that we could have made more money. In conclusion I would say that I would not hesitate to recommend or use David again, but of course we're never moving again!
