David recently helped both sell our home, and use that sale to put a down payment on a new home. We started very unsure of how to proceed, but David really helped us workshop our options, and understand them to a level of comfort I don't remember with my first two homes (And one of those I bought from family!) When we asked questions he always had answers within a day, if not hours, and made short work of addendums. He even wrote and negotiated several custom "contracts" to help make transferring properties and moving a breeze. During the process we learned that it didn't really matter what time we had an odd thought, or question, if we sent a text, called or emailed him, David responded far swifter than expected. Honestly after awhile I just got used to knowing he'd have the answers, and then some, before WE knew the questions! This started months ago, and we redefined what we wanted repeatedly. There's no sugar-coating it, we are very particular, in some very odd ways, but David was on it! Months into the process when we would waver in our searches David kept looking, and sending us new listings that were along the lines we had most recently indicated. Each walkthrough he held counsel with us, and even caught things we would have regretted if he hadn't pointed them out. Finally, when it came time to get the outside help for repairs and such he suggested some of the best professionals I've worked with. He always gave us multiple options with good pros and cons. His referrals were all VERY prompt, professional and went above and beyond the average to help with repairs, inspections and anything else we asked of them. At the end of the day we ended up with a property that we had never thought would be an option for us. Something that without David's hard work and follow-through, we certainly would not have accomplished. Thank you David, you really came through for these two picky miscreants, and we will always remember the effort you put in for us!
