This was my first time using a realtor. David was recommended to me by my son. I found David to be friendly, open and courteous. More importantly, his knowledge of properties, and how to get the most gain with the minimum of cost was right on. He and his team kept us informed of how things were moving along at all times. Calls and emails were frequent and informative. His expertise and knowledge allowed us to sell our house for the right price and in a very short time.
