We hadn't purchased a home in 25 years, and didn't even plan on purchasing right away (as we had not yet listed our own home, and needed to do so in order to purchase another) so when we called 'highly recommended' Dave Gates to show us homes, we had no idea we'd find our dream home so quickly. Dave's calm demeanor, professionalism, and integrity was pure magic ~ in less than 2 weeks, we not only sold our own home, but were able to get a contract on the home we truly loved.
