David and Marc as a team have been very organized, thoughtful, meticulous, and diligent from the beginning of our home search. They took a lot of time to carefully understand our requirements and went out of their way to find us homes that matched our specific criteria. They have been always very approachable and available for quick calls, zoom, or chats and very responsive to such requests irrespective of odd hours or weekends. That helped plan and strategize days of showings and quick follow through on offers and additional information needed. All throughout the duration of the process, they were very patient and gave us the right advise and time to make our independent decisions without any pressure eventually landing us a wonderful home. Even after completion of escrow, David and Marc were diligent to follow up on ensuring all went well and also were very helpful in us settling in. David and Marc have been a gear team to work with and are highly recommended.

David was incredibly helpful during our home buying process, regularly in touch with all of the players making sure we had a smooth (quick) close. He is clearly experienced and navigates each step with ease. We have never experienced having such an advocate on our side, having bought and sold a couple of homes previously. He is a pleasure to be around, easy to work with and creates a relaxed atmosphere. We would highly recommend working with David, and regularly (unsolicitedly) share his information to anyone even contemplating looking for a home.

We were in the market to help my mother sell her home and needed someone who could basically hold her hand along the way and explain things to her as most of the family was living out of state. David and his team did a great job at making mom feel comfortable with the whole selling process and worked particularly hard on this sale as it was a unique, custom built home that needed the right marketing to get it sold. David was always ready to answer any questions we had and was very good at communicating which stage of the selling process we were at during the whole process. David and his team also did a great job advising us on what changes to make to the house in order to get is ready for sale in order to get the biggest return on investment and also did a great job recommending professional services when we didn't know who to hire. They also staged the home and hired a professional photographer to make sure the house looked it's best for potential buyers. We were surprised to see that a buyer was found in less than two weeks of listing! There were a few hiccups with transferring title during escrow that required David work closely with the buyers agent to get them resolved on time so we could close by the closing date. This is where David's experience and dedication to hard work came to light and is the reason I believe everyone should hire a realtor who knows what they are doing. Besides, if you are going to pay a commission on the sale of your home anyway why not hire an expert and get the most bang for your buck? All in all, David and his team did an amazing job during the whole process and his dedication to serving his clients is very apparent. I would use his services again and also recommend him to family and friends.
