What that means to you is I can find you the house that doesn't traditionally exist in the market place today. How it works is you tell me areas that you would like to live, the house style your looking for and the approximate square footage. Then I get to work finding you your dream house that's not currently on the market. I've been knocking doors for the last 10 years, there's not a door out there that I'm scared to knock.
