We highly recommend hiring David Frederick. It was extremely helpful that he has experience designing homes and sees the potential in a house. We knew we wanted a house that would require some work, but it needed to have certain qualities to meet our goals. He emailed houses that fit our needs and quickly scheduled viewings. When viewing homes, it was great discussing layout options and considering the work/time things might take. He was very responsive and made sure things were done fairly. He even drove in a snow storm so that we didn't miss out on seeing a house. He is very dedicated to his work and it shows!

My husband and I were looking to move out of the Pittsburgh area to Beaver area to be closer to family. Jeff and I were not sure what type of house we wanted, we just knew the house would need to be mostly move in ready and have a big garage or enough land to build a garage. David found us the perfect house, move in ready, HUGE garage with a workshop inside with room for our dog to run, plus a basement apartment for our 18 year old son to live in. David was very attentive through the whole process, even with helping us find the right kind of mortgage. David made our house buying process stress free.

I can not say enough about Dave. This was my first home and he walked me though every step of the way. Dave had my back through a very tough negotiation in fact the sellers had deals fall through before me because of how tough they were. In the end we ended up with our dream home for the price we wanted. Now I am never moving again because we found our dream home but when my son is ready to buy his first home Dave will be my first call.
