David Franzoni

Dave is not only a 'go to' guy, he gets things done with little fanfare and bravado. He truly works for 'you' his client on both the 'sell' and the 'buy end... one thing that impressed me was his willingness to deal with the other 'realtors' to make sure that things run and end smoothly. His knowledge of localities goes down to the 'street' level as well as the bigger 'town' picture. He also is quite knowledgeable on construction/maintenance issues which, realistically, helped me quite a bit in selection and selling of homes. DAve also has an innate ability to 'price' a home to sell quickly and not be held back by an unrealistic, ego-centric price. Mine sold the first day, with the first couple through - all were pleased and happy. Stress - mine was reduced significantly with him taking the lead.
