Dave is a born and raised Angeleno who has been in the real estate game a while. What I love about him is that he's not the typically, shmoozy agent. He's responsive was speedy when it came to making an offer. He has a high likeability and laid back personality that makes him easy and pleasurable to work with. He helped me get the place I wanted and closed without an issue! He also has really good resources when it comes to lending, inspections and insurance.

We had a great experience with Dave. We had a complicated situation, selling two properties, and he handled all the plot twists expertly. In the early stages Dave offered solid advice for performing repairs and preparing to show the properties; we then worked together to figure out a smart pricing and negotiation strategy that resulted in a lot of offers and a great winning bid; and during escrow Dave went above and beyond to resolve a number of thorny emergent issues to ensure that we closed smoothly. Personally, he's relaxed and easy to work with (but stays on top of communications and is very responsive), and clearly someone with a lot of integrity who takes pride in doing a good job.
