With Davids guidance we had five competitive bids on our home the first day it was on the market and sold the house for well about asking price! What was even more crucial was his commitment to advocate for us as buyers. He was a very competent negotiator and he was always firmly in our corner even when bumps in the road came up. Buying (and selling) a home is such an emotional and personal process and David became like a member of the family. We moved almost a year ago but we are still in touch - and happy to have him as a friend :)
